BI/BO Software Engineer (multiple Openings):

Job Discription: BI/Reporting design, Development, Support processes.Will be responsible for development - Designer, Webi, Deski, Crystal Reports, Xcelsius. Designing complex reports, dashboards, and security models for user groups.Strongly working on Development, Testing and Troubleshooting applications using BOBJ. RDBMS design and development skills using SQL, PL-SQL.

BPO Data:

Job Discription: Design, Implement, enhance big data engineering projects in Hadoop, Hive and Spark for both batch & streaming using Scala. Develop source code, metadata and other system executable in accordance with the functional and technical specifications. Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc.). Manage work through Agile tools/methodology, collaborative repositories, issue tracking platforms, and wikis. Be hands-on in leading and/or performing development work during the production cycle.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, computer informaiton systems information technology, a closely related field, or combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects. High level of competence in Spark and Unix/Linux scripts. Extensive experience with SQL for extracting and aggregating data. Real world experience using Hadoop and the related query engines (Hive / Impala)/Hbase. Experience with Python, Scala programming languages. Strong experience with Big Data Technology, including Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark. Strong experience in Spark Python/ Scala and Java is needed. Produce technical specifications and design for development, solution development/migration, and systems integration requirements.

Sr. Business Analyst:

Job Description: Review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs.Specific duties include: Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities and write specifications. Conduct Grooming sessions and coordinate meetings with the Product and Development group to go over the Change Control Request’s (CCR’s) and requirements. Analyze high-level requirement System Specifications and Design Documents to enhance the current system. Prepare design documents and specifications as per the business requirements. Facilitate and function as a liaison between business, technical analysts and departmental end-users in the analysis and desgn of case management systems to ensure optimal operational performance.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of related experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. PMP certification is plus We will also accept any suitable combination fo education, training or experience.
